Since the beginning of the La Liga season people have being waiting for the big guns of Spanish football (FC Barcelona & Real Madrid) to meet. On 29/11/2010, they meet and did not fail to disappoint the world wide audience.There Respective coaches were well prepared, as they had their very best line up of the season prepared for the match.
It began with Barcelona tormenting Madrid with their passing game which was exquisite. A lapse in the Madrid defense allowed Xavi to scoop the ball pass Casillas’s goal. Soon after kick-off Madrid had a counter attack and Di-maria forced a save from Valdez. Barcelona were soon on top again as the shoot of David Villa was parried by Casillas and Pedro scored the goal from 1 yard out. Barcelona were stayed on top for the whole of the first half. (C. Ronaldo was most influential for Madrid in the first half. & Xavi was most impressive in the first half.
the second half was no different as Barcelona continued their possession football which later frustrated the Madrid players. The peak of the frustration was glaring when C.Ronaldo pushed Barcelona coach when he(Barcelona coach) tried to slow Madrid”s tempo. This almost caused a fight. Later David Villa was on the score board as he brilliantly finished the pass from Messi. Madrid Disgrace was written on there faces when David villa again with an excellent finish from the pass of Messi.Second half substitute Jeffren would add a 5th for Barcelona in stoppage time. Bojan sent a pass into the box and he would get it to it before anybody else and send it into the back of the net. Before the match ended, there was an ugly moment as Sergio Ramos fouled Lionel Messi to earn a red card.The Match Ended… Barcelona 5-0 Real Madrid!!!
Barcelona out classed R.Madrid with there passing game and are deserving winners.It was a disappointing performance from Real Madrid who have been strong this season but now are second in the La Liga table.
